Due to concerns about COVID-19, and for the health and safety of our members and employees, branches may have different hours and/or service limitations:

Effective immediately, for branches with open lobbies:

We are limiting lobby access to no more than 10 people in the branch at one time.

Please maintain at least six (6) feet of personal distance between yourself and others while inside the branch.

Loans from the Convenience of Home
We can assist with a loan. You can apply for and close your non real estate loan without ever having to come into a branch. Our DocuSign service makes it possible to securely sign your loan documents electronically.1 You can apply online or by calling our Loans By Phone Call Center at 770.580.6000.
BALANCE Financial Fitness
BALANCE Financial Fitness, a free online service for our members, has information available to help with your financial health during the pandemic. You can also receive free, immediate financial counseling by calling BALANCE at 888.456.2227.
