If your debit card is missing, don’t just assume it will resurface! It’s important to take the following steps to protect yourself from potential fraudulent activity.
Peach State provides you with the ability to “turn off” your debit card temporarily or permanently.
- Login to Online or Mobile Banking and click “Debit/ATM Card Management”.
- Select the card you need to temporarily “turn off” and click "Lock Card".
- If you're certain your card is lost or stolen, and you want to permanently turn off your card, click “Report Card Lost/Stolen”.
