A Message from Our President/CEO, Marshall Boutwell

Dear Members,

After much thought and careful consideration and with both gratitude and confidence in our credit union’s future, I would like to announce my retirement from my role as President/CEO effective December 31, 2027.

Serving this credit union and our members has been the greatest professional honor of my career. Over the past 32 years, my staff and I have navigated change, experienced dramatic growth, created an incredible culture, and delivered meaningful impact and value to our members and the communities we serve. I am very proud of what we have accomplished – and even more proud of the people who make this organization what it is.

The Board of Directors and I have had numerous conversations about this eventuality during the past year. This transition has been carefully and deliberately planned. The Board’s CEO Succession Plan prioritizes leadership continuity, strategic alignment, and organizational stability.

To our members – I am confident in the strength of this organization, the vision underpinning our strategies, and the depth of our leadership team. Thank you for your membership and trust in us to serve your financial needs. I look forward to continuing to lead this organization during the coming months as we embrace the changes with confidence in the future.
