Introducing Our New Credit Card & Rewards Program

New Look, Same Great Rates!
We’re excited to introduce new member enhancement features including a fresh look and feel to our credit card offerings! Sleek, modern, and secure – they’re designed with you in mind and to match your needs.
What's Changing:
- Design: Your credit card features a new design and flat embossing. All card information (card number, expiration date, cardholder name) is now on the back of the card.
- Card Number: All credit card holders will receive new cards with new numbers (credit limit and rate remain the same) on or around August 11, 2025.
- Card Processer: We're transitioning to a new card processor for a better cardholder experience.
- Rewards Program: ScoreCard Rewards is being replaced with Peach State Credit Card Rewards.
- Rewards points will transfer from ScoreCard Rewards and will continue to accrue under our new Peach State Credit Card Rewards program but cannot be redeemed until October 1st.
- Cardholders are automatically enrolled to earn one point for every dollar spent in net retail purchases (excludes 6.9% Platinum Visa and 8.9% Business Platinum cards).
- New Contact Number: Call 844.477.7328 for questions about your Visa Credit Card including, making disputes, reporting a lost/stolen card, and rewards.
- New Address for Mailing Payments: Payments made by mail will need to be sent to the address below:

- New Fraud Alert Contact: Fraud monitoring calls will now come from 866.518.0213.
Important Dates – What to Expect
August 11th | New Cards Arrive
All cardholders will be receiving new cards on or around this date. You will not be able to activate your new cards until August 24th. Continue to use your existing card(s) until then.
August 21st: Last Day to Redeem ScoreCard Points
This is the last day you can redeem points on the ScoreCard Rewards site. After this date, you will not be able to redeem points until the new rewards site is live.
August 22nd-August 24th: Transition to New Card Processor
If you’re travelling during these dates, bring both cards so you can activate your new card on August 24th. Be sure to let us know you’re travelling so that we can make a note on your account.
August 22nd-October 1st: Rewards Continue to Accrue but Cannot Be Redeemed
You will continue to accrue reward points but cannot redeem them until October 1st when the Peach State Credit Card Rewards site is live.
August 24th: Your Current Visa Credit Card Will No Longer Work
Your current Visa Credit Card will no longer work after August 24th!
All cardholders must activate new cards by calling 888.691.8661. (Additional instructions will be included with your new card.)
Be sure to update all recurring/scheduled payments (e.g., subscriptions like Netflix, bills, etc.), and securely destroy your old cards.
August 25th: Set Up Online Account Access & Enroll in Credit Card eStatements
All cardholders should visit https://peachstatefcu.mycardinfo.com to set up online account access, including re-enrolling/enrolling in credit card eStatements.1 If you were previously enrolled in credit card eStatements and would like to continue to receive electronic credit card statements you must re-enroll online. (This site can also be accessed via Online Banking.)

October 1st: Peach State Credit Card Rewards Website Goes Live
The new Peach State Credit Card Rewards website will be live and you may redeem rewards points. Please visit https://peachstatefcu.mycardinfo.com to get started.1 (This site can also be accessed via Online Banking).

New Peach State Credit Card Rewards
Introducing our new Peach State Credit Card Rewards program! From everyday purchases to special moments – every dollar brings your closer to exciting rewards.
- Cardholders are automatically enrolled to earn one point for every dollar spent in net retail purchases. (Excludes 6.9% Platinum Visa and 8.9% Business Platinum cards.)
- Points can be redeemed for:
- Name-brand merchandise and gift cards
- Discounts at retailers
- Travel – flights, hotels, car rentals, and cruises
- Events, activities, and experiences
- Donation to charities, including the Peach State FCU C.A.R.E.S. Foundation
- And more!

- Rewards now expire five years from when they’re earned or transferred from ScoreCard Rewards.
- To get your rewards points balance during the August 22nd-October 1st non-redemption period, check your monthly Visa Credit Card statement or call 844.477.7328.
