Summary:

To assist members with their loan applications; process and make loan disbursements: sets up new accounts, respond to problems, and direct members to the appropriate people.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Takes member loan applications and prepares them for review by a Loan Officer. Follows up with the Loan Officer to determine status. Processes approved loans and sets up date and time to close the loan and make disbursements.
  • Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations.
  • Cross-sells Credit Union products and services to members.
  • Answer’s member phone calls.
  • Scans loan documents with the appropriate agencies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Performance Measurements:

  • To produce loan documents, reports, and new accounts in a timely fashion, with zero errors.
  • To close, organize and complete member loan files within 3 business days.
  • To process loan requests in the system so that we may have an answer within 24 hours of receipt.
  • To maintain a working knowledge of the credit union's loan standards and governmental regulations.
  • To cross sell credit union products and services.
  • To maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers.
  • To provide prompt, accurate, courteous, friendly, timely and professional service to all members. (To assist members waiting in the lobby within five minutes; To answer telephone within 4 rings; To respond to all correspondence within the same day).
  • To develop and improve knowledge and skills in Member Service Areas.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience | One year to three years of similar or related experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills | Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.

Other Skills:

  • Must have good communication skills. 10-key calculator, typewriter, and keyboard skills.

  • Receive and process member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments as directed by the member.
  • Post transactions to member accounts.
  • Welcome members to the branch and provide information about credit union services; direct members to the appropriate person/department to obtain specific information and services.
  • Cross sell credit union products and services.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering the phone.
  • Balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Performance Measurements:

  • Provide friendly, professional, personalized service to members.
  • Ability to handle at least 100 transactions per day.
  • Process transactions accurately.
  • Balance cash drawer daily with minimal or no outages. 
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and credit union policies and procedures.

  • Education | A high school diploma or GED.

Summary:

To assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; explains services, responds to problems, and directs phone calls to the appropriate area.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this position include performing a wide variety of sales and service transactions requested by phone, fax, or email, including but not limited to the following:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist members with account inquiries, review members accounts to identify and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Complete account research and perform data entry to update and maintain member records.
  • Solve problems accurately and follow through on resolutions.
  • Act as liaison between members and other credit union departments.
  • Work hand in hand with all back-office departments including: Operations, Loan Operations, Accounting, E-commerce/Card Services, Member Solutions.
  • Support and contribute to the success of the department by providing effective and efficient member services.
  • Navigate between multiple credit union systems (i.e., I-Power, Criterion, Client Workstation, etc.).
  • Must be willing to work two or more Saturdays a month.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Prior customer service experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Ability to provide excellent member service over the phone/prior call center experience a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to cross-sell products and services.
  • Must be well organized and attentive to details.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must have strong computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Bosnian) skills a plus.

Summary:

The Graphic Design Manager is an integral member of the Marketing team. As such this individual must be able to function in this role independently, as well as in a team environment, actively participating in department meetings and discussions. The ideal candidate will possess the marketing knowledge, skills and creativity necessary to independently develop original content that extends our brand, campaigns, and style guides across multiple delivery channels for a variety of audiences. This individual will be solely responsible for the design and production of a wide range of marketing collateral materials, including videos.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the design and development of a wide range of collateral materials and campaigns across multiple delivery channels while maintaining brand consistency and employing best practice standards.
  • Produce videos from concept to completion to be used across multiple channels for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for maintaining the credit union’s Web site and updating with fresh content, as well as making overall site improvement recommendations as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain content posted on the credit union’s digital message boards and desk top units, in addition to proofing and editing all modules.
  • Responsible for the credit union’s email communications to its membership through HubSpot. This includes but is not limited to creation and design of emails through the HubSpot interface, analyzing results and setting up recurring automated emails.
  • Coordinate and supervise the production and storage of all marketing print pieces to ensure timely completion, sufficient inventory and a quality product.
  • Assist with internal and external credit union events and conduct video shoots as necessary. This may require travel and/or working irregular hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to remain well-versed in the latest industry trends, techniques and strategies in marketing, design, print and video production.
  • Promote design consistency, best practices and standards for the credit union.

Performance Measurements:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, efficiently and confidently.
  • Ability to independently design original content for print, digital and video platforms while employing best design practices in each area and adhering to our brand standards guide.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a willingness to actively participate in a group discussions and brainstorming sessions to ensure productive teamwork.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment developing creative designs within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in multiple software packages and the ability to produce large volumes of work consistently and accurately.
  • Display an ability to think creatively and independently generate usable ideas and copy when designing marketing collateral materials and in video production.
  • Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders and tailor designs accordingly.
  • Self-directed and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Desire to understand and share the philosophies of the credit union industry.
  • Project a professional image.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 10-15 years of experience in a graphic design and video production position are required.
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, etc.)
  • Demonstrate design skills with a strong portfolio that contains excellent original visual designs.
  • Experience with HTML and HubSpot preferred.
  • Experience in the credit union or financial services industry preferred.
  • Education | Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field from an accredited university or college.

Summary:

To transfer loan documents to I-Power. To maintain loan files. Review loan packages for proper documentation and to generate an exception report for any discrepancies.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for transferring loan documents from the Doc Download to I-Power.
  • Responsible for examining loan documentation for accuracy and reporting errors for any exceptions as well as monitoring error corrections. 
  • Responsible for tracking title documents to ensure all titles are perfected with PSFCU as the lienholder.
  • Files all loan documentation and is responsible for all loan folders.  Maintains loan files according to the document retention policy.
  • Answers lending phone calls related to loan payoffs and titles.
  • Performs other job or department related duties as assigned.

Performance Measurements:

  • To transfer loan documents accurately and timely.
  • To ensure collateral documents are perfected within a timely manner.
  • Produce required reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience | Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
  • Education | A high school education or GED.
  • Interpersonal Skills | Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
