  • Summary

    The IT Department supports the Network infrastructure of the credit union headquarters and all branches.  This department provides both onsite and remote maintenance and troubleshooting.  This includes, but isn’t limited to, computers, phones, mobile devices, servers, routers, switches, applications, software, network circuits, etc.  Members of this team should possess great customer service skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

    The candidate should have working knowledge in Windows 11 Operating Systems, Windows server (Server 2016, or 2019), and Security. Ability to translate their technical knowledge into actionable steps and research a problem to determine a solution are key.  Candidate will interface constantly with both technical and non-technical associates so ability to communicate on all levels is a must. Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours (as required) is a necessity. This employee will report to the VP of Information Technology.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and updating of documentation to include, but not limited to, site books, service work order notes, changes/upgrades to environment.
    • Responsible for the accuracy and completion of assigned Service Work Orders and documentation within company established time frames.
    • Provides technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products.
    • Provide prompt responses to questions from employees. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems related to operation systems, hardware and software.
    • Document problems and conversations to create a log that can be referenced by other technicians and for training purposes.
    • Adheres to standards and procedures for technology products and services.
    • Participates in various projects intended to continually improve/upgrade the IT infrastructure.
    • Provide 1st and 2nd tier technical phone support to our end users.
    • Responsible for effectively communicating with the end user and administration through ongoing interaction, communication, support, and recommendations.
    • Participate in the development of technology recommendations and presentations as necessary.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Performance Measurements

    • Must possess strong troubleshooting skills and proven expertise in the core areas of IT infrastructure (i.e. Networks; Microsoft Servers/ADS; Windows 10; Office 365)
    • Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs.
    • Strong customer service and both written/verbal communications skills.
    • Good judgment and analytical skills.
    • Ability to foster and work in a team environment, as well as work independently and be self-motivated and self-responsible.
    • Good organizational and time-management skills are necessary.
    • Dependability is a must.
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
    • Ability to occasionally travel overnight.
    • Transportation and ability to drive between our various offices is a plus.

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Experience | One to three years of similar or related experience.
    • Education | (1) A two-year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a
      business or trade school or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training
      or apprenticeship program.
    • Interpersonal Skills | Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal
      contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may requires some discussion.
    • Other Skills | Proven expertise in the core areas of IT infrastructure; including, Computers, Microsoft
      Servers, Printers, etc.

    To support the financial management and operations of CAMO credit union clients through maintenance of accounting records and reports. Assists the Executive Director of Risk Management and reports to the AVP of Financial Risk Management with a variety of accounting related functions.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    • Performs daily exception processing and reconciliations for client credit unions.
    • Assists in preparing reports and completing accounts payable for client credit unions.
    • Research problems with other departments and/or outside agencies to keep general ledger accounts in balance.
    • Assists risk management and compliance with daily / periodic reviews.
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

    Performance Measurements

    • To carry out assigned responsibilities with minimal errors according to established department standards.
    • To prepare all reports within the prescribed time frame.
    • To keep all assigned general ledger accounts current and in balance daily.
    • To prepare reports time, accurately, and professionally.
    • To keep management informed of key operation issues affecting the department.
    • To maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and associates.

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Experience | One to three years of similar or related experience.
    • Education | A high school education or GED.
    • Interpersonal Skills | Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
    • Other Skills | Must be able to operate 10-key calculator by touch. Should know how to use PC spreadsheet software. Experienced and knowledgeable with accounting terms and processes. Good communication skills – oral and written.
    • Work Environment | Maintain an organized working space. Hybrid capable.
